Account Registration

Withdrawals

We process withdrawals only to the account from which the original deposit was made, and we may require a specific method or reverse your deposit instead of issuing a new withdrawal. Our standard withdrawal limit is 5,000 EUR, or the equivalent, per 7 consecutive days, though our VIP customers may receive higher limits. The maximum winnings payable of any kind is 100,000 EUR per day; amounts above this threshold may be deducted and settled within 30 days of the event.

Before any withdrawal, your deposit must be rolled over 5 times. Only settled sports bets at odds of 1.6 or higher count toward this requirement; running bets, cash-out bets, draws, cancelled or refunded bets, multiple-outcome wagers on the same event, and minimum-risk casino bets are excluded. Where this rollover is not met, we may refuse your request or apply an administrative fee of up to 8%. Multiple withdrawals within a 30-day window may also carry a fee of up to 8%.

Funds identified as bonus money, or balances stuck in an aborted game, cannot be withdrawn, and you cannot request a withdrawal while a bonus remains active. Large withdrawals may be paid in instalments, and bank charges or processing fees may apply. If your account remains inactive for 6 consecutive months without a deposit or any play, we may terminate it and forfeit the outstanding balance.

Verification Requirements

Every withdrawal we process goes through identity verification. We may request:

• Photographs of both sides of your identity card, driving licence or passport
• Proof of address such as a bank statement or utility bill, dated within the last 6 months (mobile phone bills are not accepted)

Slots, scratch cards, classic and fun games contribute 100%; roulette other than live roulette contributes 10%; while live casino games, blackjack, video poker, craps, baccarat and multiplayer games contribute 0%. Wagers placed using the Gamble feature on slots are prohibited and will not count toward wagering completion.
